AC Dental Esthetic Institute has been an industry leading full service laboratory for over 30 years. We have been at the forefront of each of the new technologies that have helped changed the dental profession. In 1970 AC Dental was one of the first laboratories in the United States to work with non-precious metal for fabricating porcelain fused to metal crowns. We were among the first laboratories to experiment with dental implants and were involved with the ground breaking technology occurring at the time. In 2002 we were one of the original laboratories in the United States to install the Cercon Zirconia all-ceramic system which enabled us to fabricate Zirconia all-ceramic bridges as large as 38mm. When Nobel Biocare introduced their Procera Zirconia all-ceramic system AC Dental was again ahead of the technology curve and one of the professions leaders as the first laboratory in New Jersey to incorporate the Procera system into our laboratory. Our experience and expertise in the Zirconia medium enables us to provide our doctors with 14 unit Zirconia all-ceramic bridges along with custom implant abutments and a full line of laminate veneers. At AC Dental we believe the medium of Zirconia is only half the story. The other half is having the experience and ingenuity to work with the medium. This expertise along with our unmatched customer service is why our doctors view us as a business partner rather than just another vendor.

Uncompromising Safety and Infection Control
A high standard of infection control is of utmost importance to us. It is essential to the safety of all who come into contact with our laboratory including our technicians, doctors and their staff’s and patients. It is for this reason we adhere to the cross contamination processes in accordance with infection control guidelines developed by the Centers for Disease Control, the American Dental Association and OSHA. All members of our staff have received appropriate training in all aspects of infection control and receive updates to our Infection Control Policy as they become available.
